Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policies
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 30 days to request for a refund from the day you received the purchase.
For all returns and refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide further instructions through email on how to ship back the product(s).
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $6.25 will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping cost and do not cover any shipping cost for return. Your shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
All refund will be returned to your original payment within 7 to 10 business days after it is processed. For any late or missing refund, please review below information under Late or Missing Refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that our return do not apply to any sales or promotional item(s).
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
This Pop Shop will not held liable to any lost parcels. This Pop Shop will not held liable for packages that are returning to sender.
You must contact us within 24 hours from the time you submit your order. We can not cancel your order once it has been fulfilled. Thank you for your understanding.
For Late or Missing Refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
For Sales / Promotional:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sales and the promotional item(s) can not be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged within 2 weeks from the day the item(s) is delivered. To proceed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defective or damaged item(s) showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions through email.
